Originally, there was a bungalow on the plot of land however, the client obtained planning permission to knock down the existing structure to create a new-build property in Hove that would become a larger family home.

The development was under construction when we arrived onsite. We were able to provide our specialist knowledge and experience as carpenters to create a hand cut roof that was in keeping with their requirements.

The property boasted a great seaside location and was a pleasure to work on.
